He was predeceased by : his father Charles E. Downey; and his half-brother Charles G. Downey. He is survived by : his mother Ruth E. Downey (Crawford); his wife Julietta M. Downey; and his daughters, Emily E. Downey, Rosalie E. Downey and Charlotte R. Downey.
