He is survived by: his wife Michele Duffy; his sons, Christian Ernest Duffy (Morgan), Chet Duffy, Jr. and Michael Duffy; his granddaughter Emily; his sisters, Patricia Mydock (John) and Dolores Frazier; and his sisters-in-law, Gina Kozuch (late Ron) and Toni Perretti (Louis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and his twin great great nieces.
