He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Shelatz and Marjorie Shelatz (Campbell); and his brother William Shelatz. He is survived by: his wife Fran Beck Shelatz (Jablonski); his children, Dan Beck, Terry Beck (Lisa), Melanie Smith-Fortney (Shawn), Scott Shelatz (Lisa) and Michael Shelatz; his grandchildren, Alyssa Cole (Andrew), T. J. Beck (Chloe), Connor Beck, Landon Beck, Gavin Beck, Sydni Smith, Kendall Smith, Gaige Cramer, Jace Shelatz and Alexis Shelatz; his great grandchild Amelia Jan Cole; and his siblings, Jim, Charles Shelatz and Mary Ann Shelatz. He is also survived by many sister-in-law's, brother-in-law's, nieces and nephews.
