She was predeceased by: her children, Phillip Bruce and Tammy Lynn; her parents, Phillip Smith and Francis Smith; and her siblings, Donald, Polly, Dorothy and Vivian.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Painter (Rosie) of Roseville, California, Shaun Painter (Melissa) of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania and Stacey Warner (Jim) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Adam Painter, Laken, Teegan Painter and Lana Corley (Cody); her great grandchildren, Ryder and Celie Corley; and her siblings, Larry Smith (Cheryl) and Jean Corbett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
