He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Dombart. He is survived by: his father Warren Sarver (Lola O'Donnell); his daughters, Madison, Abigail and Cassidy Sarver; his sister Amanda Truver (Nate); his nieces, Sydney and Kaylin Truver; the mother of his children Christy Sarver; and his pets, Otis and Chloe.
