He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Helen, Andrew Konyak, Ruth and Jack Steckman of Ellwood City; his grandparents, Wayne, Bea Hofer of Zelienople and Fred Konyak of Ellwood City; and his uncle Mark Konyak of Fombell.
He is survived by: his parents, Eric Konyak and Kate Konyak of Zelienople; his sister Rachel Strosnider (Carter); his sibling's children, Marcus, Eric and Isla of Zelienople; and his grandmother Patty Konyak of Ellwood City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
