She is survived by: her children, Ken Costanza (Stephanie), Pam "Tammy" Harsch (David) and Ron Costanza (Lisa); her siblings-in-law, Willie Costanza and Sherry Costanza; her grandchildren, Erica Harsch-Colpitts (Katie), Nathan Harsch (Valeriya), Aaron Harsch, Marcus Costanza (Julia), Ryan Costanza (Amanda), Kimberly Bowles (Evan), Jesse Hinh (Sophath) and Lauren Metcalfe; her great grandchildren, Vienna, Mia, Briella, Maria, Marco, Elio, Charlotte and Emmy; her niece Sandy Bufalini; her friend Linda Garbini; and her caregiver Desi. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
