We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ella Finigan of Harmony, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Volzer and Ruth Volzer (Coudriet); and her siblings, John Volzer and Almeda Volzer. She is survived by : her husband Thomas; her children, Thomas Finigan (Lisa), Kathy Culp (Richard) and David Finigan (Sandra); and her siblings, Eddie, Thomas, Bob Volzer, Virginia Crawford, Linda Keyser, Gloria Gent and Lorretta Jackson. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
