She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bowser and Lillian Bowser (Fogel); and her siblings, James Bowser (Lois), Eugene Bowser (Evelyn) and Dorothy Dowine (William).
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Mohrbacher; her sons, Theodore S. Mohrbacher (Sherry) and William J. Mohrbacher; her grandchild Jamiee Cole (Darrin); and her great grandchild Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Virginia's name to Big Knob Volunteer Fire Department, 1229 PA-989, Rochester, PA 15074.
