Heisey; her former husband Otis Kitchen; her son-in-law Tom Cole; and her siblings, Arby Phibbs, Paul Phibbs, Garnett Phibbs, Raymond Phibbs, Donald Phibbs (Donnie), Willadeane Myers (Deane), Minnie Marie Ashley (Marie) and Willie Ruth Phibbs (Ruth).
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Cole of Middletown, PA and Gary W. Kitchen (Melanie) of Elizabethtown, PA.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
