She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Y. Miller and Lillie M. Miller (Shaffer); her husband Ralph E. Lowe; and her siblings, Stanley Miller, Catherine J. Miller and Alberta Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lowe (Heather) of Gettysburg, Keith Lowe of Dauphin and Debrakay Lowe of Forest, Virginia; her grandchildren, Wesley Lowe, Adam Lowe, Izabella Lowe and Lukas Lowe; her great grandchildren, Jackson Lowe, Jeremiah Lowe and Ja'Kenzie Newman; her sister Winona Miller of Dauphin; and her sister-in-law Gladys Benner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
