She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stewart Woodard and Mary E. Woodard (Broden); and her brother Robert Turner. She is survived by: her son Anthony Troy Woodard of Southampton, PA; her siblings, Verna Hewlin of Lithia Springs, GA, Arlene Turner of Harrisburg, PA, Levi Turner of Washington, DC, William Turner of Harrisburg, PA, Meade Turner of Oberlin Gardens, PA and George Turner of Harrisburg, PA; and her friend Claude Tony Metz. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
