He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Sakach (Mark) and David Sheaffer (Michele); his stepchildren, Katherine Faber (Doug), Anthony Kofalt and Michael Kofalt; his grandchildren, Madison Hurley (Katherine Clem), Taylor Fuller (Samuel), Ben Hurley (Heidi), Allison Newlin (Lance) and Samantha Girard (Brandon); his stepgrandchildren, Katherine Lipscomb (Dean), Jill Hall, Monica Spangler (Sean) and Kaycee Shank (Jarek); and his brother David Sheaffer (Bonnie).
