She was predeceased by: her mother Estelle "Essie" Sweet; her sons, Nathaniel Ramsey and Emanuel Ramsey; her grandson Anthony Ramsey Jr.; and her siblings, Cynthia Lyles, Madeline Jones, Joyce Ross, Charles Sweet and Theodus "Poncho" Sweet.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Ramsey Sr. and Lester Ramsey; her daughters-in-law, Chantel Motes and Markeva Ramsey; and her brothers, Willie Sweet and Anthony Sweet. She is also survived by eight grandsons and one granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
