She is survived by: her husband Eddie Ward Jr.; her son Eddie Ward III; her granddaughter Rana Thompson (Scott); her siblings, Mary Jean, Geneva, Dallas and John; her children, Janet Scott, Viola Ward and Mark Ward; her son-in-law James Riggs; her daughter Jasmine Steele; her grandson-in-law Alex Steele; her grandchildren, Dominic Scott, Erica Scott, Jaekwon Poole-Ward, Marcus Ward, Jayaun Riggs, Jayda Riggs and Jennifer Ellis; and her siblings, Floyd Scott, James Scott, Joyce Williams, Martha Scott and Louise Roman. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
