He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Barr and Mary Barr; and his sister Mary Woods. He is survived by: his wife Judith Barr; his children, Jennifer Osteen (Gavin) and Jeffrey Barr (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kayla, Lexi, Nathan and Lauren; and his brother Elwood Barr, Jr. (Caroline). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (6011 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
