He is survived by: his wife Judith Barr; his children, Jeffrey Barr (Cheryl) and Jennifer Osteen (Gavin); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kayla, Lexi, Nathan and Lauren; and his brother Elwood Barr, Jr. (Caroline). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
