He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth E. Pague and Joyce W. Pague (King); and his sister Trudy Heckard. He is survived by: his children, Edward A. Pague of Harrisburg and Stephanie Pague of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Brenden Koppenhaver, Katelyn Koppenhaver, Reagan Pague and Anndie Pague; and his siblings, Ronald D. Pague of Hummelstown, John W. Pague of Harrisburg and Brenda Wingert (Ray) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Butch's honor to the Harrisburg Area Road Runners Club.
