In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Ester's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McCullough and Estelle McCullough (Beatty); her sister Dorothy McCullough Graham; and her husband Norman Napper. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Napper of Harrisburg, PA, Gary Napper Sr. of Harrisburg, PA and Steven Napper of Harrisburg, PA; and her goddaughter Anita Payne. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Steelton (1850 S 19th St, Harrisburg, PA 17104). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
