He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Small-Rupp of Hanover; his stepson Daniel Small (Jennifer) of Mercersburg; his sons, George Rupp II and Stephen Rupp of Hanover; his adoptive son Lewis Stambaugh (Gettysburg); and his siblings, Mary Tackett (Marvin) of Cheyenne, Ruth Askins (Dennis) of New Bloomfield, Connie Mullen (Homer) of Duncannon and Kevin Rupp (Kim) of New Bloomfield. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
