With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gilbert Isaacman of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gilbert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gilbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Isaacman and Bella Isaacman (Gittlen); and his siblings, Joel Isaacman and Myrna Bernstein. He is survived by: his children, Martin R. Isaacman (Cindy) of Harrisburg and Susan I. Lawthers (Steven) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
