He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Rupp and Bettye Rupp. He is survived by : his daughter Emily Nolt (Dwight); his grandchildren, Rielynn, Damon and Fletcher Nolt; and his siblings, Diann Rudy, Debbie Harter, Donald Rupp, David Rupp and Denny Rupp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (6011 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
