He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wragg and Dorothy Wragg. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wragg; his daughter Sherry Stout (Jeff); and his stepchildren, Debbie Hoachlander (Jeff) and John Groff (Beth). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
