He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Fair and Ruth Fair; his wife Faustine Fair; and his siblings, Lucy Reed, Nancy Shank, Nadine Gorman, Margaret Arnsberger, Dale Fair, Robert Fair and Fred Fair.

He is survived by: his children, Judy Bettinger (Scott) and Grayson Fair (Kelly); his grandchildren, Daniel Bettinger (Cindy) and Holly Krause (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Brayden and Lily; his siblings, Dorothy Black, Mary Eversole, Patty Jean Weikert, Carroll Fair and David Fair; and his friend Dolores Shearer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
