She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Reigel and Virginia Reigel (Schultz); her husband George "Peaches" W. Smith; her son Garry L. "Butch" Smith; her brothers, Larry and Harry Reigel; and her grandchildren, Kiana and Caleb Hawthorne.
She is survived by: her family Janet; her children, Terry Lowry, Susan Ramsey, Jerry Smith (Debra), Larry Smith (Tracey) and Rodney Smith; and her brother Barry High. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
