He is survived by: his son Shane Hardcastle of Lemoyne; his siblings, Norman Simms of Clarksburg, H. Allen Simms (Susan) of Etters, Debbie Mitchell (Mike) of Lenoir, NC, Donna Chipps (Mike) of Clarksburg and Kelly Myers of Clarksburg; and his nieces and nephews, Sonjia Williams (Will), Aleashia Ramsey (Ricky), Tammy Simms, Nathan, Charles Simms, James Hurst, Brandon Chipps, Travis Simms, Casey Opperman (Matt) and Charlie Simms (Jessie).
