She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin W. Tittle and Teresa J. Tittle; and her siblings, Edwin and Phyllis T. Finger. She is survived by: her husband William S. Miller III; her children, William IV (Judy) and Patricia M. Bartlett; and her grandson Douglas (Sandy). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and almost five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paxton Presbyterian Church or Bethesda Mission.
