He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Henry and Marian Forsythe Henry; and his daughters, Pamela Miller (Henry) and Kathy Henry. He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Henry; his brother Ted Henry (Barbara); and his sons, John K. Henry (Deneen), Jeffrey Henry (Karen), Christopher J. Henry (Morgan), Stephen J. Smith (Sabrina) and Jason R. Smith. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Homeland at Home Hospice.
