He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Maxwell, Jr. and Helen M. Maxwell Billow (Bence); his pets, Goldie, Peggy, Nick and Annie; his wife Peggy Maxwell; and his brothers, Donald E. Maxwell, Robert J. Maxwell, Sr., Daniel S. Maxwell, Michael E Billow and Kenneth E Billow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Maxwell of Massachusetts and Christine Maxwell of Enola; his grandchildren, Tia of Washington, D. C. and Aiden of Enola; his stepson Ryan Umphred of Newville; his brother Stephen Billow of Harrisburg; and his close friends, Cody and Nick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
