With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jordan Patrick Hart (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2025 at the age of 30. In the sacred silence of farewell, Jordan Patrick is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jordan Patrick's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Hart and Patricia Hart; and his sisters, Kate Del Rio, Emily Jancic, Grace Cecilia and Anna Paulling. He is also survived by husbands and children.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life Center Ministries (411 S 40th St, Harrisburg, PA 17111).
