He is survived by: his wife Dr. Barbara Marinak (Morrish); his brother Stephen Marinak, Jr.; his sibling's children, Michael "Marty" Marinak, Matthew Marinak, Stevie Marinak, Cooper Marinak, Anne Reynard and Laura Lynn Marinak; his sister-in-law Dale Burr (Frank Burr); his nephew Andrew Burr (Vincie Campbell-Burr); and his great-nephews, Tyler, Noah and Sean Burr.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount St. Mary's University (16300 Old Emmitsburg Rd, Emmitsburg, MD 21727).
