He was predeceased by: his parents, David Green and Lillian Green (Glickman); and his siblings, Frank Green and Phyllis Rosen. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joyce Green of Harrisburg; his niece Jackie Bernard; and his nephews, Craig Green, Jeffrey Rosen, Nathan Rosen and Steven Rosen.
