He is survived by: his wife Leslie Allsup-Kelly of Harrisburg; his stepmother Sheila Davis-Kelly of Daphne; his stepson Julian Allsup of Harrisburg; his children, Brooke Foster (David) of Phoenix Arizona and Jordan Kelly (Jordan) of Harrisburg; his stepbrother Keith Davis (Laura) of Portsmouth Virginia; his sister Vicki Kelly of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Ayanna Allsup, Sky Kelly, Demi Foster, Drue Foster and Dani Foster; his nephew Qua'Meir Kelly; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Kelly Sr., Lillian Bates, Coy Kelly Jr., Cynthia Kelly of Harrisburg and Ophelia Caldwell-Dames of Broadlands Virginia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
