He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his parents, K. Blaine Lee and Elizabeth Llewellyn Lee. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey K. Lee (Doriann) of Orson, PA and Susan L. Flannagan (Anthony C. Hill) of Waverly, NY; and his grandchildren, Blaine D. Lee of Fort Collins, CO and Kaitlyn E. Flannagan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Mount United Methodist Church (383 Great Bend Turnpike, Pleasant Mount, PA 18453). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewis and Linda Dix Lee Music Scholarship Fund at Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA 16933 or the Northern Wayne Community Library, Como Road, Lakewood, PA 18439.
