He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Fuller Jr. and Margaret Fuller (Goddard); and his brother Mark Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Fuller (Coble); his son Michael E. Fuller (Denise) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Nicolas and Emma of Harrisburg; his nephew Edwin Santiago; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ezra and Isabella of North Carolina; his siblings, Walter L. Fuller III (Zoe) of New Jersey and Margo Witcher (Eric) of Florida; and also Elizabeth.
