She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Walton Conway, II and Ruth Saevitz Conway; her husband Jay Krevsky; and her brother Timothy W. Conway, III. She is survived by: her children, Mona Krevsky (Alan Weinberg), Solomon Krevsky (Katy) and Tamar Krevsky Puckett (Glenn); her grandchildren, Shoshana, Abigail, Max, Lilah, Zachary and Talia; her great grandchildren, Azamrah, Shlomo and Mordechai; and her sister Timi Joan Wolov. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In 2005, Theatre Harrisburg's production center was named the Jay and Nancy Krevsky Production Center in their honor, and in 2014, they received the Theatre Harrisburg Arts Award for their immense contributions to the regional performing arts cultural scene.
