He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kasper and Laurette Kasper (Bachand); his wife Mary Kasper (Slade); his sisters, Kathryn Brennan and Jeanne Ulwelling; and his stepson Terry Herr.

He is survived by: his sister Christine Weinand (Timothy) of Marietta, GA; his girlfriend Carol Damico; and his stepson Thomas Herr (Terry Hamilton). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services (357 S Harrisburg St, Oberlin, PA 17113). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
