She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul G. Simon and Marguerite L. Simon (DeNunzio); her sister Starla J. Kressler; and her grandparents, Frank and Theresa DeNunzio.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley R. Beiter; her daughters, Ashley Beth Bennett (Charles) of Pottstown and Brandy Noel Sindoni (Frank) of Valley Forge; her grandchildren, Madison, Sydnee and Anthony; and her siblings, Jon Simon (Cher) of Bloomsburg and Teresa Shapiro (Milton) of Bethlehem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Paula's honor, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
