He is survived by: his cousin Reginald "Reggie" Cecil Charles; his siblings, Josiah and Beulah; his children, Roger Cox, Glenda Gilbert of Grenada, Joan Millington-Joseph, Ian Charles (Charlotte), Ronald "Ron" Charles Sr. (Christine), Kim Charles and Pat Charles; his grandchildren, Reuben Millington (Trinidad), Joel Millington (Trinidad), Rafael Millington (Trinidad), Terrion Charles, Iyanie Charles, Ronald Charles Jr., Naomi Charles, Tatyana Rouff, Jaden Smith and Nasir Maldonado; and his siblings, Roger and Glenda. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
