He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Miller; his wife Mary "Jo" J. Miller; his granddaughter Jessica L. Acri; and his brother David T. Miller, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Richard Miller, Jr. (Cindy Frazier) of New Hampshire and Diane Tingler (Mark) of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, James S. Acri II, Sarah J. Acri and Jessica Miller (Wyatt).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home (3125 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East Harrisburg Cemetery (2260 Herr St, Harrisburg, PA 17109).
