He is survived by: his wife Joan Dougherty of Harrisburg; his daughter Tara Pennypacker (Jason) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Jagger and Cullen Pennypacker of Harrisburg; his brother Ronald of Plains; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Clinton (Tom), Katy Gaeta (Richard) of North Brunswick, NJ and Joseph Dougherty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
