He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Decker and Ruby Decker; and his daughter Terri Jones. He is survived by: his wife Karen D. Decker (Knott); his children, Roger W. Decker Jr. (Sandy) of Beaver, Jesse Decker (Courtney) of Erie, Wesley Holbert of Harrisburg, Patti Ratliff (Bill) of Morgantown, WV and Alee Robins of Morgantown, WV; and his siblings, Gerald Decker of Morgantown, WV and Roberta Bittinger of Morgantown, WV.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home (3125 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
