Decker Jr. (Sandy) of Beaver, Jesse Decker (Courtney) of Erie, Wesley Holbert of Harrisburg, Patti Ratliff (Bill) of Morgantown, WV and Alee Robins of Morgantown, WV; and his siblings, Gerald Decker of Morgantown, WV and Roberta Bittinger of Morgantown, WV.
