Stephen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Suel Shannon and Patricia Shannon; his wife Kathleen Shannon (Ciucci); his children, Nathan Shannon, Ashlea Harhigh (Derek Harhigh) and Dr. Brooke Shannon (Steven Mosey); his grandchildren, Peyton, Finn Harhigh and Archie Mosey; his brothers, Doug Shannon (Jennifer), Pete Shannon (Rowena), Gordon Shannon (Shannon), David Shannon (Vicki) and Bruce Shannon; and his parents-in-law, Peter Ciucci and Betty Ciucci.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 4700 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
