He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Lencioni and Antoinette Lencioni; his wife Kay Lencioni; and his brother Robert Lencioni. He is survived by: his children, Lori Baxter (Mark), Michael Lencioni (Janet), Douglas Lencioni (Karen) and Steven Lencioni; his sister-in-law Sandra Frantz; and his niece Kristy Kunselman (Jason). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
