He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ackerman Kays and E. Ralph Kays; and his grandparents, Ernest, Mildred Kays, Harry and Doris Ackerman.
He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey Kays (Kathleen); his nephew Michael Kays; his great-nephew Bennett; his great-niece Lucie; his nibling Kyle Kays (Allison); his great-niece Nora; his great-nephew James; his friend Joe Urso; and his aunts and uncles, Sandy and George Ulmer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Terry's memory to Belvidere Ambulance Corps and Good Will Fire Company #1, Belvidere, N J.
