He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Harvey and Mildred Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Harvey; his daughters, Elizabeth Behney (Matthew) and Elyse Harvey Spain (Mark); and his sister Kathleen Archambault (Thomas). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
