It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Veronica M. Buchanan of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 107, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Veronica departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Veronica. Though Veronica may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pasukinis and Mary Pasukinis (Golden); her husband James C. Buchanan; and her son Ronald Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, James C. Buchanan, Jr. (Barbara) of Carlisle, Diane M. Gensler (Lee) of Palmyra and Babette A. Muzzy (Arthur) of Annville; and her sister Helen Renode of Bethlehem. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
