He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. W. Bratten and Olive G. Bratten (Swenson); and his siblings, Edward Walter Bratten and Charlotte Christensen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Bratten; his sons, William P. Bratten (Bethany) of Harrisburg and Robert M. Bratten (Beth) of Wellington, Florida; his stepdaughters, Christine Kennedy and Susan Veigle; his grandchildren, Lucas, Paige, Trent, Darrien, Riley and Carson; and his great grandchild Myles.
