She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Antonella and Carmella Antonella; and her husband Ronald A. Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Temple (Chris) of Harrison City; her grandsons, Michael Temple (Ashley) of Harrison City and Jeremy Temple (Milena) of Penn Twp; and her great grandchild Lexi Temple. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
