She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Arthur and Janet Bernice Beanner (Bowers); her husband Joseph Anthony Florek; and her nephew Troy Cavada. She is survived by: her daughter Tris Tina Hazlett (Florek); her grandson Hunter Joseph Hazlett; and her sister Darlene Cavada (late Silvio). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
