He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Barton and Mildred Barton (Kistler); his daughter Cheryl Barton; and his sisters, Nelda Jenkins and Rita Bigler.
He is survived by: his significant other Norma Barton; his children, Kevin Barton (Corbin), Kimberly Pierce (Richard), Kelly Urban (Paul), Kris Barton and Kurt Barton (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kelsey and James Barton; and his great grandchild Mason.
